I rarely leave reviews, but this purchase deserves it. I bought a used mini excavator for personal projects on my property. Heavy Ridge Machinery Group was patient, answered all my questions, and even sent videos of the machine running so I could see its condition before buying. The delivery was slightly delayed due to scheduling, but they communicated constantly and made sure I was informed at every stage. When the machine arrived, it was clean, fully operational, and exactly as described. Overall, a very smooth experience with honest and professional people — I highly recommend them!

Before buying online, do a deep dive on reviews — Google and elsewhere. Reputable sellers leave a trail. After looking into Heavy Ridge Machinery Group specifically, I’m comfortable saying they appear serious and customer-focused, with plenty of positive feedback out there. Also, thanks for the link — lots of loaders on my shortlist now. I’ll circle back with a full review after my purchase.

We had our dated fireplace removed and a wall of seven foot tall windows installed. This was the fourth project we did with Heavy Ridge Machinery Group and we got the most bang for our buck on this one! The wall of windows dramatically changed the view from our living room. Carpenter, Rob Adams did amazing trim work around the windows and a column that completed the look of the room.

Paperwork was quick and the loader showed up fueled, greased, and clean. Follow‑up from Heavy Ridge Machinery Group was prompt and knowledgeable.
